M/s Pooja Enterprises (structural steel fabrication & supply) is looking for an experienced Power Press Mistry / Foreman (Master) for our factory at Ankurhati, Howrah (near Kolkata), West Bengal.

We need a master of power press work - not just a machine operator, but a foreman who can set dies, handle tooling and fix machine breakdowns whenever an issue comes up.

Candidates from anywhere in India are welcome to apply. Must be willing to work at our Ankurhati factory.

Key responsibilities:

- Run and supervise all power press operations in the factory: cutting, punching, hole slotting, notching and sheet bending

- Press bending and plate/sheet bending work

- Rod cutting, angle cutting and other fabrication processes

- Die setting and die changeover; positive knowledge of dies, punches and tooling

- Machine maintenance and breakdown repair of power presses and related machines

- Guide and supervise press operators and helpers; maintain quality and output

Requirements:

- Minimum 10-15 years' experience as power press operator / mistry / foreman

- Hands-on experience in all types of fabrication processes: cutting, punching, hole slotting, sheet bending, press bending, rod cutting, angle cutting

- Strong knowledge of dies, tooling and power press machines; able to repair breakdowns

- Experience in the electrical line hardware industry (V cross arms, clamps, transmission/distribution line fittings) preferred

- Experience in the scaffolding industry or related products preferred

- Languages: Hindi, Bengali or English

Salary:



Rs 25,000 - Rs 40,000 per month (based on experience and skill)

- सैलरी: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 प्रति माह (अनुभव के अनुसार)
