Sai Interior Group is looking for a responsible, experienced, and hardworking Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise ongoing residential and commercial interior projects in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of interior execution, civil work, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, modular kitchen installation, and other interior finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Manage and coordinate with labourers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure that work is completed according to project timelines.
- Check the quality of materials, workmanship, and finishing at every stage.
- Read and understand interior drawings, layouts, and site measurements.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of materials at the site.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update management regarding work status.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper finishing and quality standards as per company requirements.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness at the project site.




- Coordinate with clients and the office team regarding site progress and pending work.
- Prepare daily labour attendance and monitor workforce productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision or interior execution.
- Practical knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Good understanding of civil work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and modular furniture installation.
- Ability to understand drawings, measurements, and BOQ specifications.
- Solid coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities at the site and meet project deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting will be preferred.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently.
