We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as US IT Recruiters.

About the Role:
A US IT Recruiter is responsible for hiring candidates for IT and non-IT positions in the US market. The role involves searching for suitable candidates, reviewing resumes, communicating with candidates, understanding job requirements, and coordinating interviews with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, and Indeed.
- Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and conduct initial screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate information and work towards daily recruitment targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must have a relevant technical degree, such as B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc./M.Sc. Computer Science, IT, ECE, EEE, MCA,



or related technical qualifications.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, and AWS is preferred.
- Candidates should have good learning, convincing, and multitasking skills.
