1. Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective students, promoting training programs, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through telecalling, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and college visits.

Contact prospective students and explain available training programs.

Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses.

Follow up with interested candidates to convert enquiries into admissions.





Schedule counselling sessions and office visits.

Maintain daily calling records and lead data in Excel or CRM.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Eligibility and Skills

Qualification: Graduate preferred.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.

Compensation: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
