Eligibility :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry
- Must follow the company's daily reporting format

Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Preparation:
- Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities to ensure smooth progress.
- Develop and implement construction schedules and effectively manage resources (materials, equipment, and manpower).
- Prepare the site and liaise with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, and surveyors.
- Construction Execution:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities according to priorities and plans.
- Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations and standards.
- Resolve in office issues and emergencies promptly.
- Monitor and manage subcontractors' performance.
- Quality Control and Safety:
- Ensure construction projects meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and site audits to identify potential hazards or quality issues.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company health and safety policies.




- Cost Management:
- Monitor project budget and track expenses.
- Control construction costs and expenses within the budget.
- Review and approve contractor and supplier invoices.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Report on progress to project managers, clients, and stakeholders as required.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports such as daily logs, site diaries, and photographs.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage site personnel.
- Delegate tasks and supervise the work of laborers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades.
- Provide training and development opportunities to site staff as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
