About Mijaaz

Mijaaz is a luxury Indian occasionwear rental studio offering designer lehengas and menswear for weddings and special occasions. We’re building a wardrobe that lets people dress up beautifully without having to buy every outfit they wear.

We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Intern who loves fashion, understands Instagram, and can turn everyday moments into engaging content that brings the Mijaaz brand to life.

What you’ll do

- Ideate, shoot, and edit content for Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, and static posts.
- Brainstorm fresh, relatable, and engaging content ideas around fashion, weddings, styling, and occasionwear.
- Independently shoot content using a smartphone, from outfit showcases and behind-the-scenes moments to trend-led Reels.
- Edit Reels and short-form videos using tools such as CapCut or similar editing apps.
- Write catchy hooks, captions, and on-screen text that reflect the Mijaaz brand voice.
- Keep up with trending audio, Instagram trends, and formats that can be adapted for the brand.
- Assist with content planning, calendars, and scheduling.
- Monitor basic social media performance and suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and enquiries.

Who we’re looking for

- Someone who genuinely enjoys Instagram and understands what makes people stop scrolling.
- A creative thinker who can take an idea from concept to final edit with minimal supervision.
- Someone comfortable shooting videos and photos on a smartphone.




- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar apps.
- A good eye for aesthetics, fashion, styling, and visual storytelling.
- Someone who can spot trends and adapt them creatively instead of simply copying them.
- Proactive, organised, and willing to experiment with current ideas.
- Prior experience managing a social media page or creating content is a plus, but not mandatory. Your creativity and content samples matter more than a formal portfolio.
