Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and motivated Shipyard Helpers to support daily ship repair and shipbuilding activities. The selected candidates will assist technicians, fitters, welders, and other production personnel in carrying out shipyard operations safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist fitters, welders, electricians, and other technicians in daily ship repair activities.
- Handle, move, and arrange tools, materials, and equipment as instructed.
- Support material loading, unloading, and shifting within the shipyard.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the worksite.
- Assist in preparation of work areas and handling of basic tools.
- Follow safety instructions, PPE requirements, and shipyard procedures.
- Support other production-related activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: 8th / 10th pass or equivalent.




- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in shipyards, manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments will be preferred.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a shipyard environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as per operational requirements.

Skills Required

- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and support production activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
