We are looking for Customer Service Executives for the OneAssist customer service process. Candidates with an HSC qualification and the required English communication proficiency are eligible to apply. Freshers are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Communicate with customers professionally.
- Support customer service operations as per process requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: HSC pass
- English Proficiency: Versant Level 4
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
- Maximum In-Hand Salary: ₹19,500 per month
- Maximum CTC: ₹25,000 per month
Working Details:
- Shift Timings: Rotational day shifts; day and afternoon shifts may apply depending on the assigned schedule.
- Weekly Off: One rotational week off
- Transportation: Centralized pick-up and drop facility between Thane Station and the office.
