Required Venue Manager for Banquet

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Venue Manager to manage banquet sales, generate business opportunities, convert leads into bookings, and drive revenue growth.

The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, making outbound calls, conducting venue site visits, and closing bookings for weddings, receptions, corporate events, birthday parties, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients, follow up on inquiries, and generate new business opportunities.

Banquet Sales:

Handle incoming leads and convert them into confirmed bookings to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Revenue Generation:

Drive banquet revenue through effective sales strategies, lead conversion, and upselling of venue packages and services.

Client Relationship Management:

Understand client requirements, explain packages and pricing, negotiate commercials, and close deals.

Venue Visits & Recce:

Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective clients and ensure a positive customer experience.

Follow-ups & Conversions:





Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and ensure timely closure of leads.

Business Development:

Identify new opportunities through local networking, references, partnerships, and market outreach.

Reporting & CRM:

Maintain accurate lead records, update CRM systems, and share daily sales reports and booking updates.

Coordination:

Work closely with banquet operations and other teams to ensure a smooth transition from booking to event execution.

Target Achievement:

Meet monthly targets for revenue, bookings, client visits, and lead conversions.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in real estate, insurance, hospitality, banking, or other sales-driven industries. Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfortable with outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and client meetings. Target-oriented with a robust focus on revenue generation. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
