Job Description

- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Develop, review, and update Quality Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, and Quality Records.
- Coordinate Internal Audits, External Audits, Client Audits, and Certification Audits.
- Monitor implementation of quality procedures and ensure compliance across projects, fabrication yards, and business functions.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Actions, Preventive Actions, and Lessons Learned registers.
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and verify effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
- Support preparation and conduct of Management Review Meetings.




- Monitor Quality KPIs and prepare quality performance dashboards and reports.
- Coordinate quality awareness programs and training initiatives across departments.
- Review and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and quality performance.
- Support project teams in preparation of Quality Plans, ITPs, and project-specific quality documentation.
- Ensure proper document control and records management processes are maintained.
- Coordinate with clients, third-party inspectors, certification agencies, and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Support supplier and subcontractor quality audits and assessments.
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement and drive implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, client specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.
