Timings : 12 to 8 pm

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Kids Zone Staff member to supervise children and assist with daily activities in the kids’ play area. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring children’s safety, maintaining cleanliness, organizing fun activities, and creating a friendly and enjoyable environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise children during playtime and ensure their safety at all times.
- Assist children with indoor games, toys, puzzles, drawing, and other recreational activities.
- Engage children in fun, creative, and age-appropriate activities.
- Ensure children follow play area rules and use equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kids’ zone, including toys, games, and play equipment.
- Assist with children’s entry and exit and maintain attendance records.
- Coordinate with parents politely and share relevant updates or concerns with the Kids Zone Manager.
- Support birthday celebrations, events, workshops, and other kids’ activities.
- Report any accidents, injuries, safety concerns,



or unusual incidents to the manager immediately.
- Ensure toys and equipment are properly arranged and maintained.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
- Assist the manager with daily activities and other operational requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in daycare, preschool, play areas, or childcare will be preferred.
- Patient, caring, and friendly attitude towards children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage children in games and creative activities.
- Responsible, attentive, and alert while supervising children.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and child safety.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children, be attentive to their safety and needs, and help maintain a clean, safe, and engaging play environment. The candidate should be approachable, responsible, and comfortable coordinating with parents and the Kids Zone Manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
