About Ankoor Fertility Clinic

Ankoor Fertility Clinic is looking for an experienced and patient-focused Medical Coordinator to join its IVF and infertility team under the guidance of Dr. Kedar Ganla.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an IVF or fertility centre, a good understanding of infertility treatment processes, excellent patient communication skills and the ability to coordinate patient care efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient care and treatment journeys for patients undergoing infertility evaluation, IUI, IVF and other fertility treatments.
- Explain the treatment process, appointment schedules, investigations and follow-up requirements to patients in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate IVF treatment cycles, including consultations, investigations, stimulation monitoring appointments, OPU, embryo transfer and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication between doctors, patients, nurses, embryologists, laboratory staff and the administrative team.
- Maintain patient records, treatment files, investigation reports and cycle-related documentation.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, pending investigations, reports and scheduled procedures.
- Provide patients with appropriate information about treatment timelines and clinic protocols, referring medical questions and treatment decisions to the treating doctor.
- Assist in scheduling consultations, procedures and follow-up visits.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle patient queries, concerns and coordination issues professionally.




- Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the IVF department.

Eligibility Criteria

- Previous work experience in an IVF centre, fertility clinic or reproductive medicine department is mandatory.
- Experience in IVF patient coordination and treatment-cycle management is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with a nursing, medical or relevant healthcare background will be preferred.
- Good understanding of IVF, IUI, infertility investigations, ovarian stimulation, OPU and embryo transfer processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and Marathi; English communication skills are desirable.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with patient management systems, MS Office and medical documentation.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
- Compassionate, professional and comfortable communicating with couples dealing with infertility.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, patients and the clinical team.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on relevant IVF experience, skills and qualifications.
