About the Role

ACT T Connect Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Bhopal. The candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience and possess good communication, client-handling, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
- Contact potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products/services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Identify recent business opportunities and contribute to company growth.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience in IT/Software/ERP Sales will be preferred.
- Candidate must be willing to work Work From Office in Bhopal.
