Key Responsibilities
- Teach primary-level students using effective and student-centric teaching methodologies.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Build strong foundational skills in students through interactive and activity-based learning.
- Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive student behaviour.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic coordinators to achieve academic objectives.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
- Follow the academic curriculum, school policies, and institutional standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory.
- Relevant graduation in the respective subject or discipline.
- Prior teaching experience at the primary level is preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to engage young learners.
- Freshers with the required qualifications may also apply.
