About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and confident individual who enjoys coming up with ideas and turning them into content.

At TactForge, we work across experiential marketing, events, brand campaigns, and creative projects. You’ll get the opportunity to brainstorm concepts, shoot content, experiment with different formats, and tell stories about the brands and experiences we work on.

You don’t necessarily need prior qualified experience. We value creativity, initiative, confidence, and a genuine interest in content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Brainstorm fresh and engaging content ideas for Instagram and LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Shoot videos and capture photographs using a smartphone.
- Create reels, behind-the-scenes videos, short-form videos, and other social media content.
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and creative ideas worth experimenting with.
- Participate in content planning and brainstorming sessions.
- Capture content during events, workshops, brand activations, and other projects.




- Collaborate with the team to develop content that reflects each brand’s identity.
- Assist with basic video editing and content preparation, where required.

What We’re Looking For

- A creative mindset and the confidence to share ideas.
- An interest in content creation, storytelling, and social media.
- Comfort with shooting videos on a smartphone.
- Confidence to appear on camera when required.
- Willingness to experiment, learn, and take initiative.
- Good communication skills and an ability to work independently.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

Bonus: Experience with Instagram reels, edits or other video editing tools, photography, or content creation. A portfolio is welcome but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
