- Manage and maintain tile sample stock at the warehouse.
- Ensure proper identification, labelling and coding of tile samples.
- Maintain daily records of sample inward, outward, issuance and returns.
- Coordinate with showroom and sales teams for sample requirements.
- Conduct regular physical verification of sample inventory.
- Ensure samples are properly packed, stored and arranged.
- Monitor damaged, missing and misplaced samples and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely sample dispatch.
- Maintain Excel records and daily sampling reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and systematic sample management.
