INKEL Limited is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager – Renewable Energy to plan, coordinate, and execute renewable energy projects in Malappuram. The role involves overseeing project execution, managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion within approved budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute renewable energy projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage project budgets, resources, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, environmental guidelines, and electrical safety requirements.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare progress reports,



maintain project documentation, and provide regular management updates.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, performance monitoring, and project handover.
- Lead project teams to ensure effective coordination and successful project delivery.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the renewable energy sector or project management.
- Robust knowledge of renewable energy systems, project execution, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in site supervision, budget management, and stakeholder coordination.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
