- Monitor daily Body & Paint workshop activities and track all vehicle repair jobs.
- Coordinate with Bodyshop Advisors, workshop supervisors, denting technicians, and painting technicians.
- Monitor job cards, repair estimates, work allocation, and job completion status.
- Allocate and track repair jobs based on technician availability and workshop capacity.
- Monitor vehicle movement through denting, painting, polishing, and final inspection stages.
- Follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion of repair work.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure the availability of required parts and materials.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP), pending jobs, and repair turnaround time (TAT).
- Identify delays in repair jobs and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily reports on vehicle status, technician productivity, pending jobs, and expected delivery dates.
- Coordinate with insurance teams and surveyors regarding repair approvals, wherever required.
- Ensure job cards and repair documentation are updated accurately.
- Coordinate with the quality control team for final inspection before vehicle delivery.
- Ensure compliance with workshop safety standards, repair procedures, and company policies.
