Core Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify, source, and validate potential B2B/B2C leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and market research.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct sales pitches, telephonic follow-ups, and in-person or virtual presentations to potential clients to drive conversions.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing offline and digital marketing campaigns to elevate brand positioning.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitor strategies, and compile feedback from clients to optimize our sales approach.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of sales pipelines, client interactions, and deal statuses in our internal database.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education:



Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an MBA in Marketing, BBA, B.Com, or a related business field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation abilities, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset that thrives on hitting targets.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic CRM or social media tools.
