Job Description – UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our websites, mobile applications, and digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, modern design principles, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Use tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or other relevant design software.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs.
- Ensure consistency in layouts, typography, colors, icons, and design components.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Review developed interfaces and suggest improvements to ensure design accuracy.




- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Robust understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and usability standards.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is an advantage.
- Good visual design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, websites, and mobile applications.
- Understanding of design systems and reusable UI components.
- Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility principles.
- Experience working with developers to implement designs accurately.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
