Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product-related queries, installation, setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for using products and the mobile application.




- Understand customer issues and coordinate with the technical team for timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain records of customer complaints, queries, feedback, and resolutions.

Eligibility

- ITI, Polytechnic Diploma, or Engineering qualification in Electrical or Electronics fields.
- Basic Understanding of electronics.
- Willingness to learn and work in production environment
