JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Consult with clients on tax returns, tax research, tax communications, and other requested deliverables.
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and mentoring to the Tax Team.




- Build strong client relationships and provide tax planning, consulting, and technical expertise.
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and engagement timelines.
- Communicate proactively with clients and engagement partners regarding project status, client service opportunities, and significant matters.
- Perform detailed reviews of tax workpapers and tax provision calculations prepared by associates.
- Participate in and contribute to business development initiatives and growth strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Provide innovative tax planning solutions and review complex income tax returns.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

Strong client-service orientation with an innate desire to support and serve business owners.
- Highly accountable, deadline-driven, and committed to delivering on promises.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 4+ years of relevant public tax accounting experience.
- Valid and current CPA license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with tax accounting software.
