The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, create engaging content, and use digital marketing strategies to attract potential property buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities - Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.

- Content Creation: Create engaging posts, reels, videos, property showcases, and promotional creatives.

- Property Marketing: Promote residential and commercial properties through social media campaigns.

- Lead Generation: Generate genuine enquiries from potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

- Video Editing: Shoot and edit property walkthroughs, short-form videos, and promotional reels.

- Digital Advertising: Assist in running Facebook and Instagram ads to generate qualified leads.

- Content Planning: Prepare a monthly content calendar and ensure consistent posting.

- Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and basic customer enquiries promptly.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, engagement, enquiries, and campaign performance.

- Trend Research:



Identify new social media trends and marketing ideas relevant to the real estate industry.

Required Skills - Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications.

- Good written communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation.

- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.

- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is preferred. - Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate - Candidates interested in real estate, digital marketing, and content creation.

- Freshers with robust practical skills and a good portfolio are welcome.

- Candidates who can independently manage social media accounts and create property marketing content will be preferred.
