Position: Cold Room Staff / Cold Storage Operative

Job Responsibilities

- Loading and unloading ice cream products.
- Arranging and stacking finished products inside the cold room.
- Picking and packing products according to customer orders.
- Checking product quantities before dispatch.
- Maintaining proper stock arrangement using FIFO/FEFO methods.
- Ensuring products are stored at the required temperatures.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene inside the cold room.
- Checking packaging for damage and reporting issues.
- Assisting the cold room supervisor with daily stock verification.
- Following company safety procedures and using protective clothing.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Experience:



Freshers or candidates with cold storage / warehouse experience.
- Physical Fitness: Able to work in low-temperature environments and handle cartons safely.
- Skills: Basic counting, stock handling, teamwork, and discipline.
- Language: Tamil preferred; basic English is an advantage.
- Age: 20–40 years preferred, subject to ability to perform the work.

Working Conditions

- Cold storage environment (approximately -18°C to -25°C, depending on the area).
- Shift timings as per factory requirements.
- Safety jackets, gloves, and other protective equipment provided.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
