Arif Associates is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee the execution of residential architecture and interior projects.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably with an architectural firm.
- Experience in both interior and exterior works, primarily for residential projects.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and coordinate their execution on site.
- Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and consultants.
- Attend site meetings and discuss project requirements, materials and execution details.
- Check the quality of workmanship and materials.
- Identify site issues and communicate them to the design team.
- Provide regular progress updates and site reports.
- Follow up on work schedules and help ensure timely completion of project activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
