Cartel Healthcare Private Limited is looking for a skilled and dedicated Syringe Injection Moulding Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring injection moulding machines used in syringe manufacturing, ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines used for syringe component manufacturing.
- Set up machines, moulds, and production parameters as per approved process instructions.
- Monitor machine performance, cycle time, temperature, pressure, and other process parameters.
- Inspect moulded syringe components for defects such as flash, short shots, sink marks, and dimensional variations.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cleanroom requirements wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper production records, machine logs, and quality inspection reports.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions, moulding defects, and process abnormalities to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety procedures.




- Coordinate with the quality control, maintenance, and production teams to minimize downtime and material wastage.

Eligibility and Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in injection moulding machine operation is preferred.
- Experience in medical device, syringe, or plastic component manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of injection moulding processes, machine settings, and quality inspection.
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and manufacturing hygiene requirements is desirable.
- Ability to work in shifts as per production requirements.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply, depending on company requirements.
