Opening our doors this Diwali, we aim to provide exceptional hospitality, vibrant flavor, and swift service in a warm, welcoming environment.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Cashier to join our launch team. As the first and final point of contact for our guests, you will handle order management, process financial transactions, manage front-desk inquiries, and ensure a seamless service experience during peak cafe hours.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & Billing:

- Greet incoming guests warmly and present print/digital menus.
- Accurately input dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders into the Point of Sale (POS) billing system.
- Maintain clear knowledge of South Indian menu items, daily specials, and customization options (e.g., spice levels,ghee variations, coffee preference).
- Issue detailed, itemized receipts and handle billing adjustments or refunds when necessary.





Cash & Payment Management:

- Process cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit card, and digital wallet transactions efficiently.
- Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Safely store cash float, manage change, and maintain accurate daily sales reconciliation logs.

Customer Service & Communication:

- Address guest inquiries regarding ingredients, dietary preferences (e.g., Jain, vegan), and preparation times.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen staff and counter personnel to track order statuses and minimize wait times.
- Handle customer complaints or payment issues with patience, professionalism, and prompt escalations to management when required.

Front Desk & Operational Support:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary counter area adhering to hygiene guidelines.
- Assist in monitoring takeaway packaging supplies, receipt rolls, and front-desk inventory.
- Support peak-hour crowd management during special holiday promotions, festive rushes, and weekend dining.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
