What Are We Looking For?

Valuable communication skills in Kannada and English

Ability to generate leads and engage with students
Experience in outbound calling, tele-sales, or voice processes
Good convincing and follow-up skills
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and explain Frankfinn's courses.
- Understand students' interests and encourage them to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.
- Follow up with students regularly to confirm their visit status.
- Generate leads and maintain effective communication with prospective students.
- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
