About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to build engaging content that explains our loan and fintech offerings in simple language. You will create content across social media, our website, and email, with a focus on building trust, educating customers, and driving app downloads and loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X, including posts, carousels, reels, and short videos
- Turn complex financial topics (instant loans, EMIs, credit scores, repayment) into transparent, relatable content
- Create scripts and storyboards for short-form videos and explainers
- Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches
- Work with design and performance marketing teams to produce creatives and ad copy
- Track content performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and improve based on insights
- Keep all content consistent with brand voice and compliant with RBI guidelines and advertising norms
- Keep up with social media trends, hashtags, and competitor content Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers, micro-creators, and finance content creators who fit our brand and audience




- Plan and run influencer campaigns end to end, from briefing and content approval to posting and reporting
- Build and maintain a database of influencers with rates, reach, and past performance

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media content
- Excellent written English and Hindi
- Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut,, AI Tools and basic Photoshop or Premiere Pro is a plus
- Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and content analytics
- Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Working Hours: 10:00 AM To 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
