About Us
Greyy Elephant Ideaz Private Limited is a real estate builders and construction company based in New Delhi. We are looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer to join our team and take charge of finishing and post-construction work on our projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all finishing work, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, and carpentry coordination
- Handle post-construction work such as snagging, defect rectification, final inspections, and project handover
- Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and laborers
- Check quality of materials and workmanship against drawings and specifications
- Prepare measurements,



bills of quantities (BOQ), and contractor billing
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records
- Ensure safety standards are followed on site
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and the office team

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3 to 4 years of site experience, preferably in finishing and interior or structural work
- Good knowledge of finishing materials, site execution, and quality checks
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is an advantage
- Positive communication and team management skills
- Willing to work on site
