Job Description: Solar Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar Site Engineer to supervise and manage solar installation projects, ensure quality execution, coordinate site activities, and complete projects within the scheduled timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor solar installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, technicians, contractors, and other team members.
- Ensure proper installation of solar panels, inverters, electrical wiring, and related equipment.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare regular progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Manage site materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during installation.
- Coordinate inspections,



testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule and quality requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous experience working as a Site Engineer is mandatory.
- Knowledge of site supervision, project execution, and electrical installation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates without prior Site Engineer experience need not apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
