Content Design

- Design social media graphics, carousels, ad creatives, and brand assets for client accounts.
- Maintain visual consistency with each client’s brand guidelines across all assets.
- Build reusable templates for recurring content formats (quote cards, stat cards, event/donor promos).
- Collaborate with the social media and content team to align designs with content calendars.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form and long-form video for social media, ads, and client deliverables — reels, YouTube, event highlights, and donor/impact videos for NGO clients.
- Turn raw footage from shoots into polished, platform-ready cuts.
- Add captions, basic motion graphics, and sound design as needed.
- Manage video and design asset libraries, including version control.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic/content design and video editing (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent)



and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
- A portfolio demonstrating both static design and video editing work.
- Ability to manage multiple client briefs and shifting priorities independently.
- Comfortable working across diverse industries and client types, including NGO and for-profit accounts.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent).
- Familiarity with short-form platform best practices (Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Basic photography/videography skills for in office shoots.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
