Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Executive to ensure that products, processes, and systems meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. The QA/QC Analyst will be responsible for monitoring quality performance, identifying issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to verify compliance with quality standards
- Review documentation, specifications, and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformances; recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, metrics, and records
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
- Participate in internal and external audits

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in a QA/QC or quality-related role
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, tools, and methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to document findings clearly and accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, etc.)
- Knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, or Lean
- Experience using quality management systems (QMS) or testing tools
- Certification such as CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
