Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily workshop operations and track the status of all repair and service jobs.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop supervisors for job allocation to technicians.
- Monitor job cards, labour operations, repair status, and estimated completion times.
- Ensure proper utilization of technicians, workshop bays, tools, and equipment.
- Track vehicle movement through different stages of servicing and repairs.
- Follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure the availability of required parts.
- Identify delays in repair jobs and take necessary action to meet delivery commitments.
- Maintain daily reports on work-in-progress (WIP),



pending jobs, technician productivity, and vehicle delivery status.
- Ensure that job cards and workshop documentation are updated accurately.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors for customer delivery commitments and repair updates.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure adherence to dealership processes, safety standards, and quality procedures.
