International Voice Associate

Location: Infopark, Kochi, Kerala
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
Experience: Recent graduates or candidates upto 1 year of experience in International Voice Process
Salary: ₹17,000 per month (in-hand) + performance bonuses up to ₹5,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of International Voice Associate. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be willing to work night shifts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written.
- Recent graduates or candidates upto 1 year of international voice process experience can also apply.
- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities





- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain excellent customer experience and communication standards.
- Update customer interactions and records in the system.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
