Indo Thai Securities Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic *SDE Intern* to join our technology team in Indore.

As an SDE Intern, you will work with *large volumes of real-time financial data* and build software systems that help our quantitative and trading teams monitor, analyze, and work with market data effectively.

This is a hands-on engineering internship where you will gain practical exposure to *backend development, frontend development, databases, real-time systems, and financial technology*.

## What You'll Work On

* Build and maintain *real-time monitoring and analytics tools* for quantitative and trading teams.

* Work with *large volumes of real-time financial/market data* and build systems to process, store, and visualize it.

* Develop backend services and APIs using *Python*.

* Build interactive dashboards and internal applications using *React and Next.js*.

* Design and work with *PostgreSQL databases*, including queries, schemas, and data optimization.

* Develop tools that help quants monitor strategies, data pipelines, systems, and key metrics.

* Work on internal applications used by technology, quantitative, and trading teams.

* Debug issues, improve system performance, and contribute to production-quality software.

* Collaborate with developers and quants to understand requirements and turn them into working software.

* Learn and apply concepts related to *real-time systems, financial markets, data engineering, and scalable software development*.

## What We're Looking For

### Must Have

* Good understanding of *Python*.

* Working knowledge of *React.js* and *Next.js*.

* Good understanding of *PostgreSQL / SQL*.





* Strong grasp of *Core Computer Science fundamentals*, including:

* Data Structures & Algorithms

* Object-Oriented Programming

* DBMS

* Operating Systems

* Computer Networks

* Basic Software Engineering concepts

* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

* Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.

* Willingness to learn quickly and work with unfamiliar technologies.

### Good to Have

* Understanding of *REST APIs*.

* Familiarity with *Git/GitHub*.

* Experience building personal, college, or open-source projects.

* Basic understanding of *WebSockets, event-driven systems, real-time data, or data pipelines*.

* Interest in *financial markets, quantitative trading, or fintech*.
