Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an RTO & Vehicle Compliance Executive to manage vehicle documentation, RTO-related activities, and statutory compliance for a commercial vehicle fleet. The candidate will coordinate with RTO agents and ensure timely completion of documentation and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle RTO-related work and documentation for commercial vehicles.
- Coordinate with RTO agents for registration, fitness certificates, permits, road tax, and ownership transfers.
- Track expiry dates and renewals of RC, fitness certificates, permits, insurance, road tax, and PUC.
- Maintain vehicle-wise compliance trackers and ensure timely renewals.
- Follow up with RTO agents and concerned offices to complete pending cases.
- Maintain physical and digital records of vehicle documents and applications.
- Track pending challans and coordinate their resolution.
- Verify RTO agent bills,



receipts, and supporting documents.
- Visit RTO offices for document submission, collection, and follow-ups when required.
- Coordinate with the fleet team to ensure vehicles operate with valid mandatory documents.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in RTO work, vehicle documentation, fleet operations, or the automobile/transport industry.
- Experience dealing with RTO agents or commercial vehicle operators will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to visit RTO offices as required.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously.

Key Expectation: Ensure timely completion of RTO formalities, maintain accurate vehicle documentation, and proactively track renewals to prevent compliance issues and vehicle downtime.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
