Senior Admission Counselor – Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and online degree programs based on their academic qualifications, career goals, and interests.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students, explain course details, and convert leads into admissions.
- Provide detailed information about course curriculum, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structures, and program benefits.
- Promote UG, PG, and online degree programs offered by universities and educational institutions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to maintain engagement and drive enrollment conversions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets, revenue goals, and other sales performance metrics.
- Manage the complete admission process, from initial student counseling and lead qualification to application submission and enrollment confirmation.
- Handle student queries related to courses, university accreditation, online learning platforms, examinations, and career opportunities.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admission status in CRM systems.
- Identify students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall admission experience.
- Coordinate with the admission, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth enrollment and documentation processes.
- Handle student objections related to course fees, program selection, and admission procedures to facilitate successful conversions.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain conversion reports, and contribute to achieving team targets.
- Support junior admission counselors, share effective sales techniques, and assist the team in achieving overall enrollment goals.
