Job Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and direct visits.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell company services, including website development, software, billing software, school ERP, and digital marketing.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable products and services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.




- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer handling.
- Ability to generate leads and negotiate with clients.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, email, and MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn about IT products and software services.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior sales experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in IT sales, software sales, or digital marketing sales will be preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable with client calls, follow-ups, and field visits when required.
