- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries.
- Provide information about products/services and explain benefits.
- Maintain records of calls and customer details in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team goals.
