- Experience: 2–5 years of experience operating JCB/backhoe loader, preferably at an RMC, construction, or batching plant.
- Operate JCB safely and efficiently for material handling, loading/unloading, aggregate shifting and yard work.
- Experience in handling sand, aggregate, stone and other construction materials.
- Perform daily machine inspection and basic maintenance.
- Check fuel, engine oil, hydraulic oil, tyres and other essential components.
- Report any machine faults or breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Maintain proper housekeeping of the plant and material yard.
- Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
- Should be physically fit, responsible and punctual.
- Valid JCB/heavy vehicle operator licence preferred, as applicable.
- Willing to work overtime and shifts when required.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
