Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 0 to 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turning machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Perform tool setting, tool changing, and offset adjustments.
- Inspect components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain component quality and achieve production targets.
- Monitor tool wear and report machine abnormalities.
- Follow safety procedures and 5S practices.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC turning machine operation.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of cutting tools and tool offsets.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
