- Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and LAP.
- Acquire current customers through field sales, referrals, and direct marketing.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Any graduate preferred.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, or loan sales is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales and achieve targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
