We are looking for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer specialising in women’s ethnic wear, particularly embroidered kurti sets, winter suits, Phirans and co-ord sets.

Key Responsibilities

* Design recent and trendy women’s ethnic wear collections.

* Develop embroidery patterns inspired by Kashmiri, Aari and traditional floral embroidery.

* Create embroidery placements for necklines, sleeves, cuffs, hems and dupattas.

* Develop colour combinations, fabric selections and thread colour charts.

* Prepare design sheets, artwork and technical specifications for production.

* Coordinate with embroidery operators, sampling teams, pattern masters and production staff.

* Develop commercial designs suitable for bulk manufacturing and online marketplaces.

* Research fashion trends, seasonal colours and competitor collections.

Required Skills

* Experience in women’s ethnic wear designing.

* Strong knowledge of embroidery motifs, patterns and placements.





* Understanding of fabrics such as acrylic, wool blends, rayon and other ethnic-wear materials.

* Ability to develop new designs from references and create original variations.

* Knowledge of garment construction, patterns, sizing and sampling.

* Familiarity with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator or similar design software is preferred.

* Ability to create production-ready designs within commercial costing.

Preferred Experience

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in ethnic-wear manufacturing.

* Experience with embroidered kurtis, kurti sets, Phirans and co-ord sets.

* Experience working with garment manufacturers and embroidery production teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
