JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Preparation of detailed production planning & implementation with workers.

2. Analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks & inefficiencies, then implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

3. Developing & Maintaining Detailed work instructions & Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) for production processes.

4. Implementation of Quality Assurance Plan.

5. Identifying & Addressing Quality Issues through root cause analysis & corrective actions.

6. Managing project timelines & budgets for production process improvements.

7. Providing technical support to production operators & training them on new processes & procedures.

Skills:

1. 7 yrs of proven shop floor experience in transformer industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
