ABOUT YIMES SCHOLARSHIP

YIMES Scholarship is focused on supporting students pursuing medical and engineering education through scholarship opportunities and awareness of academic pathways.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for scholarship programmes.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Identifying prospective students and institutional partners.
- Conducting outreach campaigns, in-person meetings, events, and information sessions.
- Explaining programme perks to students and parents.
- Coordinating marketing materials.
- Managing inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate lead and conversion records.
- Tracking performance against targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present information clearly to students, families, and institutional partners.
- Customer service mindset and ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
- Sales skills to generate leads, follow up effectively, and convert interest into enrollment or participation.




- Experience conducting information sessions, workshops, or orientations about educational opportunities.
- Ability to track metrics, manage pipelines, and support planning for sales and outreach activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for communication, reporting, and presentations.
- Able to work on-site in Ranchi and travel locally for outreach when required.
- Prior experience in education, training, scholarship programs, or social impact initiatives is an advantage.

COMPENSATION

Total: Up to ₹60,000 per month

(Fixed Salary + Performance Incentive + Travel Allowance)

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Performance Incentive: As per targets

Travel Allowance (TA): As applicable
