JOB OPENING – PATIENT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
IMMEDIATE JOINING | FRESHERS PREFERRED
Location: Sector 49, Spaze iTech Park, Gurugram
Salary: ₹22,000 Gross per Month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Day Off
Job Responsibilities
Handle patient queries over calls and provide appropriate support.
Assist patients with appointments and service-related concerns.
Maintain patient records and update details in the system.
Resolve queries professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.
Coordinate with relevant teams to address patient concerns.
Requirements
FRESHERS WITH VALUABLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS& CONFIDENCE WILL BE GIVEN FIRST PREFERENCE.
FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS MANDATORY.




Candidates with 6 months–1 year of relevant experience can also apply.
Basic computer knowledge.Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Immediate joiners preferred.
