The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure smooth and safe plant operations. The role includes preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and adherence to safety and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of motors, panels, and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimise production downtime.
- Monitor and maintain transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, GMP, and company procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and service logs.
- Support installation and commissioning of current equipment.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for maintenance activities.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in electrical work areas.

Qualifications

Education:

- ITI Electrician (Required)
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Electrical Engineering (Preferred)

Experience:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Fresh candidates should possess sound knowledge of electrical fundamentals, wiring, motors, and safety practices.

- Maintain electrical systems supporting production, QC, QA, and utility areas.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical operations.

Salary Range (Optional for Recruitment Advertisement)

- Freshers: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on qualification and skills)
- Experienced Candidates: As per company standards and experience.
