Job Description: System Administrator – IT Infrastructure & Network Support

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, servers, network devices, security systems, and end-user systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, firewall management, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, and IT support operations.

Experience with dialer systems, SIP/PRI connectivity, GSM gateways, and telephony infrastructure will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019 and Linux systems.
- Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, Group Policy, domain controllers, and access management.
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, including SonicWall, Sophos, and Windows Firewall.
- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and maintain Cisco switches and other network devices.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, biometric devices, and other IT peripherals.
- Monitor system performance, server health, network availability, and infrastructure uptime.
- Perform system updates, patch management, antivirus administration, backups, and data recovery.
- Manage virtualization environments, including VMware.
- Support dialer and telephony infrastructure, including Asterisk, SIP, PRI, GSM gateways, and auto-dialer systems.
- Maintain Zoho Mail, domain settings, user accounts, and email policies.
- Manage CCTV/NVR/DVR systems and provide support for CRM applications.
- Provide in office and remote technical support using tools such as AnyDesk, RDP, and TeamViewer.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, technical documentation, SOPs, issue logs, and system change records.




- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, replacements, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure data security, access control, business continuity, and compliance with company IT policies.

Required Technical Skills

- Operating Systems: Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows desktop OS, Linux/Ubuntu
- Server Administration: Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Controllers, user and access management
- Networking: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP knowledge, VPN, routers, switches, network troubleshooting
- Firewalls: SonicWall, Sophos, Windows Firewall
- Network Devices: Cisco Catalyst switches, including 9300, 2960 and SG-350 series
- Virtualization & Backup: VMware, backup management, recovery procedures
- BPO Telephony: Asterisk dialer, NGUCC Asterisk Dialer, San Software Dialer, SIP, PRI and GSM gateways
- Email Administration: Zoho Mail, domain configuration, email policies and troubleshooting
- IT Support: Hardware/software troubleshooting, remote support, printer and biometric device management
- Security & Monitoring: Endpoint protection, patch management, system logs, access control and asset documentation

Qualifications

- Diploma or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related discipline.
- CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, or network support.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to prioritise and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Good documentation and incident-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong focus on infrastructure uptime, security, and business continuity.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience supporting, dialer infrastructure, network security, and multi-user IT environments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
