Job Description
Pathways School Noida is looking for a passionate and creative Visual Art Teacher to inspire MYP students through artistic exploration, experimentation, and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based Visual Arts lessons aligned with the MYP framework.
- Develop students’ creativity, technical skills, and artistic expression.
- Guide students through the creative process and support portfolio development.
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to exhibitions and school art initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching experience with MYP or middle-school students; IB experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diverse artistic techniques and contemporary art practices.
- Creative, team-oriented, and student-centred approach.
